Terms and Conditions

Section 1: Definition

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KPOP COLLECTIVE (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Singapore governing laws.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website. 


Section 2: General Conditions

2.1 We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms without prior notice, within the permissible range without violating applicable Singapore laws. 

2.2 Continued use of our site indicates acceptance of any updated Terms and users are responsible to remain updated with our latest Terms. 

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion to ensure fairness for all.


Section 3: Product Price & International Shipping Fee

3.1 All product prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are non-negotiable and are final. For bulk orders above 50 units per product, please send us an enquiry at hellokpopcollective@gmail.com

3.2 All prices include international shipping fee from Korea to Singapore. However, please note that a top up may be required in situations where actual product weight exceeds estimated weight.

3.3 Prices exclude Singapore domestic shipping fees.


Section 4: Product Information & Accuracy

4.1 Product images are derived from respective artist entertainment companies and are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary in colour, packaging, or minor cosmetic details and are not grounds for compensation or exchange. 

4.2 Product inclusion and information is provided to our best knowledge and may not be accurate, complete, or current. Product information on our site should not be the sole basis for making decisions without seeking more accurate information from respective artist companies. Reliance on the information on our website is at your own discretion and risk. 


Section 5: Preorder Definition & Terms

5.1 Preorder products are defined as products that have not been released for general sale to the public by respective entertainment companies. 

5.2 By purchasing a preorder product, you acknowledge that you understand the preorder process stated in our shopping guide.

5.3 All release dates and preorder estimated arrival dates are estimates that are subjected to changes beyond our control. This includes manufacture, customs, logistical, and any other relevant delays. 

5.4 Any delays that arise from reasonable practices do not constitute grounds for cancellation under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).


Section 6: Payment Terms

6.1 Our website accepts the following payment modes: PayNow/PayLah!/Credit/Debit Cards/Cash Deposit

6.2 Preorder benefits and stock allocation in the event of an early sold-out situation is based on first-pay-first-serve, and we strongly recommend you to make payment immediately after placing your order.

6.3 PayNow/PayLah!/Cash Deposit

6.3.1 Customers who opt to pay with this mode must make payment and upload payment

proof within 24 hours or by the earliest product release date, whichever is earlier. 

6.3.2 Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your order without prior notice. 

6.3.3 Please place an order only when you are ready to make payment. 

6.4 We reserve the right to blacklist customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks, refuse payment, or violate these Terms.


Section 7: Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Our store accepts the following collection methods: Meetups/Self Collection/Tracked Letterbox Mail/Doorstep Courier.

7.2 Specific information will be provided upon check out or product arrival.

7.3 Third-party courier companies are selected at our discretion. Common couriers we use include SingPost, SpeedPost, J&T Express, and Qexpress. 

7.4 Shipping costs are calculated based on estimated product weight, and in rare scenarios, a top-up may be required should the actual weight exceed product weight. 

7.5 All delivery items will be bubblewrapped and KPOP COLLECTIVE strives to provide the best shipping experience for you. However, we are not liable for logistical delays, lost parcels, weather damage, rejections, or delivery mishandling by third-party providers that are out of our control. By choosing delivery, you agree to incur any risk that may occur after dispatch.


Section 8: Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

8.1 Full refund will be provided in scenarios where the product becomes unavailable or is sold out early.

8.2 Refunds and cancellations are not provided for change of mind/packaging imperfections/reasonable preorder delays. Please order when you are certain.

8.3 As per entertainment labels, product packaging is intended for protection only, and damage/discoloration/defect on product outbox itself is not eligible for replacement or compensation.

8.4 We will not be liable for manufacturing defects, such as missing or defective contents from a sealed product, and exchange is strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

8.5 Requests for exchanges due to product fault are strictly evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are contingent on the provision of a full uncut, continuous unboxing video that must be submitted to us within 48 hours upon receipt of the product. 

The unboxing video must clearly display:

  1. the airway bill on the delivery packaging,

  2. the sealed product being removed from the delivery packaging, and

  3. the defect in question. 

We strongly advise all customers to record an unedited unboxing video upon receipt. Due to the prevalence of counterfeit and resale products in the market, this requirement is necessary to establish that the product originated from us and that the defect, if any, arises from manufacturing issues rather than improper handling. We reserve the right to decline any exchange request where authentication, origin, or condition of the product cannot be conclusively verified. 


Section 9: Privacy and Security

9.1 We are compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. 

9.2 By shopping with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for order processing/payment verification/shipping and fulfilment/customer support/fraud prevention.

9.3 Your data is securely processed by third-party providers such as Shopify, payment gateways, and courier partners. 


Section 10: Risks and Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent legally permissible under applicable Singapore law, our liability for any claim (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) is limited to the purchase price paid by you for the affected product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages.

10.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KPOP COLLECTIVE, our employees, officers, agents, and contractors from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or demands, including reasonable legal fees arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or the documents referenced, your misuse of the website or product, or your violation of any applicable law, or fraudulent transactions. 


Section 11: Force Majeure & Dispute Resolution

11.1 We shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or disruption in performing any of our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results, directly or indirectly, from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

11.2 Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, weather events, pandemics, epidemics, and public health emergencies, government regulations, lockdowns, import/export restrictions, customers delay, war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, supply chain disruptions, or any other event outside our reasonable control. 

11.3 If a Force Majeure event occurs, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We may, at our discretion, cancel affected orders or provide a delayed fulfillment timeline without incurring liability. You acknowledge that preorder delays, supplier shortages, and international trade issues may fall within this clause. 

11.4 Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of our website or these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and us. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to refer and resolve through arbitration administered by our chosen arbitrator. You agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive channel to resolve disputes, and you waive any right to commence or participate in class actions, collective actions, or court litigation (except where prohibited by law). 


Section 12: Termination

12.1 You agree to terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us through written communication that you no longer wish to use our website or services, or when you cease to use our site. 

12.2 If in our sole judgement you fail, or suspect to have failed, to comply with any Terms, we reserve the right to terminate this agreement without notice. 


Section 13: Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements provided by us are governed by the laws of Singapore.
