Shopping Guide

1. Placing Order

For orders that include Preorder and Instock items, your order will be shipped only once all your items arrive. If you would like to receive your Instock items first, please make two separate orders. 

You can place version requests under Special Instructions in your cart. We will do our best to provide your desired version.

2. Payment Methods

For Card payment, please proceed to pay as usual. 

For PayNow/PayLah!/Cash Deposit/Bank Transfer, payment details will be sent to your email upon checkout.

Please upload your payment screenshot proof here (also found in our website and in your order confirmation email). Your order will only be placed with our supplier after we receive your payment. 

3. Collection Methods

At the moment, you may collect via:

• Meetup @ Sengkang/Raffles Place MRT
• Self collection @ Sengkang (address to be sent)
• Tracked Letterbox 
• Doorstep Courier
