Is there a second payment?

Prices are one-time payment and INCLUSIVE of international shipping fees. Local delivery fee still applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Card, PayNow, PayLah!, Cash Deposit and Bank Transfer.

For PayNow/PayLah!/Cash Deposit/Bank Transfer, payment details will be sent to you via email upon order checkout. Submit your proof of payment here to confirm your order.

How long does my item take to arrive?

Preorder:

Supplier/Applemusic: 3-5 business days from release date

Weverse/other sites: 1.5 weeks from release date

New Releases/Shop by Category:

1 week from payment date

Instock products:

Items are ready stock in Singapore. You will be contacted for pick up / item will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

Is local delivery tracked and how long does it take?

All local delivery is tracked. You will receive a tracking number when it is shipped out.

Tracked Letterbox (for compact items <2kg): 2-3 business days

Doorstep Courier: 1-2 business days

Can I choose which member/version I want?

Yes! Here at KPOP COLLECTIVE, we offer you the option to choose the versions for each album to the best of our abilities.

You can select the version in the product page, or leave a request in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout. Products that are only sold randomly will be indicated in the product page.

For popular/limited products, please note allocation is based on first-come-first-serve basis and subject to stock availability.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?
